Being fat is not a crime, it becomes a crime when you abuse your body to get thin.

As the title suggest, I'm gonna talk about fat and thin people.

Crime: Abusing the body to become thin

Every year, dozens of people die from trying to become thin, trying to achieve that perfect shape. The roots of all these? The Society. The people. Magazine covers, fashion runways, models all show those really thin and beautiful ladies. We all wanna be like them. Public little acceptance for bigger sized people. Its not fun having to be reminded how fat you are. The constant exposure and psycho-ing really affects how people think. They would do extreme measures just to get accepted, become what many define as beautiful,slim...PERFECT.

And to achieve perfectionism? Abuse the body.
Anorexia and bulimia are the most common eating disorder that plague those who wants to be thin.
Obession with those tiny digits on the weighing scale.

 
Anorexia: No matter how thin or skeletal the person may be, he or she would still have the image that they are really fat, a distorted image of themselves. And they would purposely starve themselves. Forcing the body to exercise no matter how hungry or tired.

Bulimia: They will eat and feel guilty then just rush off to the toilet and try to vomit everything out.

This is not good. It HARMS the body and mind big time. A CRIME. Why are you hurting the body that your parents gave to you?

So next time before you comment about others being fat, esp those who are really self conscious or with low self esteem, think about the effects it may have on that person. HOW would YOU feel if someone was to say to you: "Hey Fat ass!" or  " hey fatty!"
Also do't keep saying that you are fat in front of others when you are OBVIOUSLY NOT!

EMBRACE your curves darlings! A REAL women has curves. You are perfect just the way you are!
NOt happy with it? Change it! Do it the proper way!

1. Eat moderately - Control how much you eat. Just because that plate of chicken wings looks delicious doesn't mean you gotta swallow down the whole plate

2. Exercise properly - Do not over stretch your body limit. Stop when you are too tired.

3. Wear the RIGHT clothing - Choosing the right clothing can often make you look skinnier.

and the list goes on. What I'm saying is, Ladies you are beautiful the way you are, don't harm your body. The long term effect it is gonna have on your body and mind is beyond your imagination.

LOVE your body and appreciate it.

Welcoming Fatty Guru

If you notice, i deleted my previous blog cause i think the posts were all to random lol. So i opened this up.

Why Fatty Guru?
I know i'm not very fat but still fat lah. The layers sitting on my belly are depressing. See alr super headache.So yeah. I UNDERSTAND HOW YOU FEEL!
 Okok out of topic. Since its also the holiday, i'm like spending the whole day mainly at home cause i'm working at home(will talk about this in another post). Sian gonna become Cave girl lol. That is why i decided to open this new blog to spend my time.

I'm still gonna post randomly BUT i will also include some tips on clothing, keeping fit and WHERE GOT GOOD FOOD EAT!
